News - Update - 21st April 2020

Following ongoing Government announcements please be aware that our offices remain closed until further notice.

Our emails will be periodically monitored by homeworkers ( ), however as I am sure you will appreciate our administration and postal functions will be severely restricted and we ask for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult period of enforced closure.

For existing tours all departures for March through to June have now been successfully delayed or will be in the process of being transferred to later dates. For tours due to depart from July onwards we are in the process of deferring dates of travel where necessary and you will be contacted in due course by a home worker should this affect your holiday arrangements.

We therefore request that you wait for us to contact you and that for the time being you hold on to any amendments to your current bookings until we are able to resume our normal administration service. If you have an active holiday enquiry for later in the year or looking ahead to 2021 then we are still continuing to facilitate new requests through

For your peace of mind please be assured that all monies held by us on your behalf are financially protected at all time, and therefore not at risk, through our Bond held with ABTA (The Association of British Travel Agents).

During the office closure we will regretfully be unable to take calls or messages on our office landlines 01603 886740/886742 so please continue to use email if you need to get in touch with us. In an emergency (Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30hrs) you can reach a member of the team on 0787 989 1935 but please do not use this number for non urgent administration related matters.

We are very appreciative that so many of our groups have agreed to defer their holiday arrangements until a later date and also for the patience and understanding for those members who are awaiting refunds which we will try and administer as soon as possible.

We hope that you, your family and friends stay safe and well and look forward to resuming our normal service once we are able to do so.

Thank you,

The just for groups! team
