News - Covid-19 Update: Last updated: 04/06/2020

Following the ongoing Covid-19 situation please be aware that our offices still remain closed until further notice.

We currently have a small team handling correspondence and future sales by email at however as I am sure you will appreciate our administration and postal functions continue to be severely restricted and we ask for your ongoing understanding and cooperation during this difficult period whilst our office services remain limited.

All tours up to 31st August 2020 have now been deferred and we are in the process of issuing ABTA approved Refund Credit Notes which also cover the customer’s right to a refund should that be their preference.

For tours due to depart from September onwards we continue to monitor the situation on a day by day basis and customers with forward bookings are welcome to contact us to discuss their options should they wish.

It is hoped that we can start to bring more team members back in the near future but in the interim we are still continuing to facilitate new enquiries through We are also looking forward to launching our new 2021 Group Travel Directory very soon after it was put on hold back in March at the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak.

For your peace of mind please be assured that all monies held by us on your behalf remain financially protected at all times through our Bond held with ABTA (The Association of British Travel Agents).

During the office closure with limited staffing levels we are regretfully unable to take calls or messages on our office landlines 01603 886740/886742 so please continue to use email if you need to get in touch with us. In an emergency (Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30hrs) you can reach a member of the team on 0787 989 1935 but please do not use this number for non-urgent administration related matters.

We are very appreciative that so many of our groups have agreed to defer their holiday arrangements until a later date and also for the patience and understanding from those members who prefer refunds which we will try and administer as soon as possible in line with ABTA guidelines.

We hope that you, your family and members stay safe and well and look forward to resuming our normal service in the near future.

Thank you for your valued support through this unprecedented period which affects us all.
