A treat for all Agatha Christie fans. Highlights include the Agatha Christie Festival and a guided Agatha Christie-themed walking tour visiting the landmarks linked to the famous author and a tour of Kents Cavern, as well as admission to Greenway House, Agatha Christie’s home.

Make your own way to Torquay, where check-in is from 15:00. This evening, enjoy a welcome drink reception at 18:30, followed by dinner.


15 September 2026

This morning, after breakfast, we board our transport for a visit to Greenway House, Agatha Christie’s home.


16 September 2026

A day at leisure to make the most of the Agatha Christie Festival Activities taking place in Torquay. Perhaps visiting the Princess Theatre for a performance of The Mousetrap.


17 September 2026

Enjoy a morning at leisure before joining the coach at 12:30 for a visit to Kent’s Cavern. The caves are said to be the inspiration behind one of Agatha’s earlier novels, The Man in the Brown Suit. On arrival, there will be a tour of the caves followed by a Devonshire Cream Tea. At around 15:15, we meet our guide and board the coach heading towards Torquay harbour for an hour-long guided walking tour of Torquay, followed by a one and a half hour coach tour around Torquay passing places with links to Agatha, including the railway station where Poirot and Marple met for the only time, the hospital she worked in during WWI, and the Grand Hotel where she spent her honeymoon, returning to the hotel in time for dinner.

Enjoy breakfast before checking out of the hotel and making your way home.
