Join us on the 17^th April for the QARNNS & RNMBR & SBS Association AGM & Reunion!  The package includes 3 days with dinner, bed and breakfast plus a gala dinner on Saturday with half a bottle of wine, all for only £329 per person sharing or £419 for single occupancy at the Liner Hotel in Liverpool.

FRIDAY: Make your own way to the Liner Hotel in Liverpool where check in will be from 3pm. Alternatively for those who have pre-booked there will be coach transfers* from pick-up points in Gosport and Fareham.

Tonight’s dinner will be served at 7:30pm in the Britannic Suite.

SATURDAY: This morning after breakfast the AGM’s will take place in the Britannic Suite consecutively at 9:30am for QARNNS and 11:00am for RNMBR & SBS.

This afternoon for those of who have pre-booked there is an optional coach excursion to the Beatles Story Museum at 1:30pm. Find yourself transported on an incredible journey that tells the story of four young lads from Liverpool who were propelled to the dizzy heights of fame and fortune from their humble childhood beginnings. There will be some free time to explore before returning to the hotel at 4:15pm.

This evening we make our way to the Britannic Suite for our gala dinner. Sit down is from 7:30pm and dinner will be served at 8pm.

SUNDAY: This morning breakfast will be served between 7:30am and 10:30am in the Atlantic. Afterwards we say our fond farewells before departing for home. Check-out will be prior to 11am.

Return coach transfers £70 per person optional extra from Gosport & Fareham. Please advise at the time of booking if you are interested in a coach transfer from Plymouth. (If sufficient numbers are achieved we can look into the possibility of providing this service). 

Excursion to the Beatles Story Museum only £26 per person.

Optional insurance is £13 per person plus £5 arrangement fee (£18 total).

Extra night stay from only £55 per person sharing or £85 per single occupancy room bed & breakfast.

Please note there is a visitor surcharge of £2.40 per room per night.
